Among Poles, the problem of bursting capillaries is very common. Perhaps it is due to a very fair complexion, or genetically determined, nevertheless, it can effectively lower self-confidence and satisfaction with one&#8217;s appearance, and unsightly spider veins and erythemas can appear on the face at any time. It is difficult to pinpoint a direct cause of the tendency to burst blood vessels, most often it is simply genetic. However, the worsening of the problem can also be influenced by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hormonal disorders (excessive estrogen production),<\/li>\n<li>Rapid changes in temperature,<\/li>\n<li>Overexposure to the sun,<\/li>\n<li>unfavorable diet (spicy condiments),<\/li>\n<li>Frequent use of hot baths, use of saunas and steam baths,<\/li>\n<li>Consuming large amounts of alcohol (especially red wine).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The presence of the above factors, as well as excessive stress, high physical exertion and, to top it off, genetic susceptibility, all contribute to the deterioration of vascular skin.<\/p>\n<h2>Vascular skin care<\/h2>\n<p>In the case of vascular skin, attention should be paid to proper care. Above all, avoid drying preparations, those containing alcohol, and products that cause irritation. Special care should also be taken when exfoliating the epidermis. Enzymatic scrubs will work better for this problem than mechanical ones. Unfortunately, capillaries are characterized by high visibility, it is difficult to hide them even under a very opaque foundation, so it is best to implement a <a href=\"https:\/\/beautyskin.znakomity.net\/tradzik-rozowaty-naczynka\/\">vascular closure<\/a> process. This is the only effective method of eliminating visible redness on the face, which additionally avoids a recurring problem.<\/p>\n<h2>Vascular skin treatments<\/h2>\n<p>For major skin problems, it is better not to act on your own and rely on consultation with specialists. These recommend, in the case of vascular skin, laser treatments that will safely but effectively close the capillaries and significantly reduce skin problems.
