There is no natural law that indicates the framework of the ideal figure. What is now desirable and considered attractive is more of a cultural markup that has evolved over the years to current standards. Round and shapely buttocks is not a taboo subject these days, and working on the ideal figure is becoming increasingly popular. So how do you train your buttocks so that they have the perfect shape?
Shapes of buttocks like 4 seasons of the year
In the current culture and canons of attractiveness, there are 4 basic types of buttocks:
Heart-shaped buttocks – in this case, fat accumulates in the lower parts of the buttocks, reducing its volume towards the back. It is also one of the most proportional shapes.
Round buttocks – here, unlike the heart shape, fat tissue accumulates higher up. Excessively round buttocks can indicate a lack of physical activity and a poor diet.
Square buttocks – in this case, fatty tissue accumulates in the lower back in addition to the buttocks. As with the round shape, this indicates a lack of physical activity, but to a greater degree.
Triangular (v-shaped) buttocks – are most common in older women, in whom the tissue tends to move and droop as a result of weakened tissue firmness.
Improving the shape of the buttocks – is surgery necessary?
Many people opt for invasive aesthetic medicine procedures to improve the shape of their buttocks. Most often, they involve implants or liposuction in specific areas. Modern surgery uses methods of transplanting one’s own fat tissue. Without a doubt, this is the fastest way to change the shape of the buttocks. However, it is important to remember that this is a surgical procedure that artificially interferes with the body. Besides, scars may remain after such a procedure, and the artificial implants may need to be replaced after some time. Very often the results of such procedures look grotesque, as the implants are too large and the body looks disproportionate. There is no doubt that this method is for those less physically active and hoping for a quick result.
Physical exercise – a natural, effective and non-invasive method
One of the most natural, effective and non-surgical methods of modeling the buttocks is exercise. There are several sets of exercises with which the buttocks can be modeled even in one month. The condition is systematic and consistent.
The first exercise you should do is side-stepping. In it, it is necessary to take a step to the right, so that the thigh is perpendicular to the ground. The left leg, in turn, should be straightened and stretched to the maximum. Then return to the initial position and perform the exercise with a change of sides.
Another effective exercise is the squat jump. If someone has dumbbells, they can use them, as they intensify the effect. In this exercise, stand with a slight stride, then push your hips forward and do a squat so that your thighs sit parallel to the ground. In this position, hold for a few seconds and jump up as high as you can.
