Cellulite, or so-called orange peel, is an ailment that most women face. Body parts particularly prone to its occurrence are the thighs, abdomen, buttocks, knees and hands. Cellulite occurs as a result of poor fat distribution, when too much fat accumulates under the skin. Typically, the first signs of cellulite appear at puberty and during periods of intense hormonal changes, such as pregnancy. Cellulite can also appear during puberty. Excess body fat very often contributes to cellulite. It is assumed that this problem affects people whose body fat levels exceed about 15-20% of body weight in men and 20-25% of body weight in women.
How to combat bothersome cellulite?
Exercise and a proper diet are helpful in fighting fat and reducing cellulite. Proper body care is also extremely important. However, it should be noted that these methods are not always sufficient. Nowadays, in order to effectively and quickly get rid of excess fat and cellulite, aesthetic medicine offices offer a wide range of treatments to deal with unwanted changes in skin tissue. One method of reduction, among others, is Alliance’s latest endermologie. Find out what this treatment is and what results it allows you to achieve!
Alliance’s new endermologie
Alliance’s newest endermologie is a treatment that allows natural stimulation of cellular metabolism through non-invasive, mechanical stimulation. Thanks to the techniques used to perform endermologie, the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid is stimulated.
Applications of this treatment include, but are not limited to:
- Reduction of excess body fat,
- Getting rid of cellulite,
- skin firming.
Endermologie Alliance stands out above all for its comprehensive and all-encompassing action. One treatment combines multiple capabilities: reducing excess fat, firming and smoothing the skin. The method is estimated to reduce cellulite by 67% and firm it up to 71%. What’s more, the head used to perform the treatment allows for the selection of an individual program for each patient, which, by eliminating the specific source of the problem (such as fibrosis or water stasis or excessive fat), allows the treatment to be more effective.
How does the endermologie treatment proceed?
The endermologie treatment takes about 40 minutes, and is performed with a specially designed head. The vacuum applied causes the skin to “wave” and knead in different directions. This allows to induce stimulation of the skin to intensify regenerative processes (including elastin and collagen production). The treatment also helps remove toxins from the body, and during the treatment, in addition to metabolism, circulation is also stimulated. To achieve the desired overall effect, it is usually not enough to perform a single endermologie treatment. The first effects are already visible after 3 treatments (a reduction in waist circumference appears then, as well as smoothing of cellulite – orange peel, there is also an overall improvement in the condition of the skin), but it is recommended to perform a series of 10-15 treatments, which should take place 2-3 times a week.
